Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ouch and Soothe health kit. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 45-day return policy for undamaged, unopened kits. Please review the following details carefully to ensure your return meets our guidelines.

Returns

You have 45 days from the date of receiving your health kit to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the entire kit must be unopened, undamaged, and in as-new condition. You may unzip the kit and inspect the contents, but all individual products inside must remain sealed, and any seals or packaging on the products must not be broken.

The kit must be returned in its original packaging with all components included.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

To begin a return, please contact us at sanna@ouchandsoothe.co.uk If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Cost of Returns is the responsibility of the the customer returning the item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your health kit upon receiving it. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sanna@ouchandsoothe.co.uk
We will work with you to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective products. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at sanna@ouchandsoothe.co.uk and we will guide you through the exchange process. For all other issues, we recommend returning the entire kit following our return policy and placing a new order for any replacements.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspected your returned health kit, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or not. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
